How it works

Sign up to check your eligibility, see FAQ and Fees for more information!

  1. We find your agreements

Our partners’ system connects with major credit reference agencies, allowing us to identify all car finance agreements linked to you, even if you have changed your name or moved address.

  2. We take the wheel

Once you provide your basic details, our system gets to work. Within seconds they will pull together your historic car finance agreements, even those dating back to 2007, which may be difficult for individuals to locate through traditional methods.

  3. The real work begins

Your claim is passed to our claims handling partner, who review all your agreements individually. They gather evidence, negotiate directly with lenders and work to maximise your compensation all on a no-win, no-fee* basis. Meanwhile, you don’t have to lift a finger.

You do not need to use a claims management company to make your complaint. You can do this directly. If your complaint is not successful you can refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service yourself for free. If you have already instructed a claims management company to act on your behalf you will need to terminate your instructions before entering into your contract with us (dependent on who you have instructed termination fees may apply, you will need to check with the instructed firm).

Good to know

No Win No Fee* Promise

Where No Win, No Fee is offered – You pay nothing unless your claim is successful. A fee between 18 – 36% including VAT applies on successful claims (fee dependent on level of redress secured), and a cancellation fee may apply outside the 14 day cooling-off period. We may receive a fee for introducing you to a third party CMC or panel solicitor, this does not affect any compensation you may receive.

About your choices

Please note that you have the right to pursue your motor finance mis selling claim with the lender directly, through the Financial Ombudsman Service or any public compensation scheme, including the FCA’s motor finance redress scheme. Whilst we will always strive to get you the maximum amount of compensation possible, there is no guarantee that we will recover any more than you may achieve if you pursued the claim on your own.

FCA updates

The FCA has introduced a Motor Finance Redress Scheme, meaning millions of drivers could be owed compensation. Average payouts are around £829 per agreement (where claims are upheld), and many consumers may have had multiple agreements since 2007. Payouts are on hold until a legal challenge is heard from 16 February to 3 March 2027, and the last day to complain is 31 August 2027. More on the scheme.
